hello everyone!!!

i'm BACK from my little thanksgiving vacation and i came back to...30 notes. okay...i don't usually get that many notes so i was all "WTH HAPPENED?!!" LMFAO many of which were questions that i usually answer and i thought "it's about time for an F.A.Q. "

i love that ppl are interested in my work and care enough to ask questions! but i think an F.A.Q. can be a little convenient > U < so let's begin, shall we?! OH!! AND GUYS!!

IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION THAT IS NOT LISTED and you would like answered, feel free to ask!

Q: What program do you use to color your work?

A:I don't use a program to color. I actually do everything (line art, inking and coloring) by hand ^///^ My material of choice is a Copic Sketch Marker (though i use a number of materials such as gauche, colored India ink and oil paint)

Q:What kind of paper do you use?

A:I usually work on THICK computer paper ( acid free AND at least 97% brightness) but i also enjoy using smooth bristol paper or any thick acid free professional grade paper

Q:How long does it take you to create your piece?

A:OMG...wow. that really varies some pieces have taken me literally over a week to complete. others take me 9 hours. my usual piece take anywhere from 10-24 hours. not including breaks or the time i'm sleeping LOL

Q:How do you come up with your ideas?

A:WOW! another really hard question to answer LOL honestly, there's no real way to answer this. anything can inspire me (including a towel left on the sink. this has happened before XD ) but much of the time, i'm inspired by my characters and their stories. i love to write and i love expressing bits of my story through my work. i love getting lost in their world

Q:Do you have any tutorials on how to color /Draw etc.

A:sadly, i have YET to create a coloring tutorial, however, my fiance' has! i've created an anatomy tutorial so far it's a bit old but i  hope it will be useful to some of you

Q:Can you give me any tips / Critique my work?

A:I'm ALWAYS happy to help! (as many of you know ^///^ ) if you have any questions or want some feed back, know that i can always pop by! all you gatta do is ask!

A:LOL it's funny though. because when i was dealing and selling organs on the black market, i NEVER thought i'd meet someone like...I AM SO KIDDING!!! ROFL we're LUVA'S!! LOL XD seriously though, we're best friend and we're engaged

Q:What is your story "Sacred" about?

A: "A cryptic dream, a forbidden summoning, and the day that will change their lives forever..."

Cecero is a 16-year-old wizard in training who lives in the country of Grandome; The heart and soul of the mystic realm. He lives in a dorm with his best friend, Sheko (who is possessed by a demon), swooned over countless female admirers (who have a very hard time keeping their hands to themselves), and is the son and apprentice of the greatest sorceress in history! His is a life of security, privilege, and wizardry-induced mayhem.

Last night a woman appeared to Cecero in a dream and delivered a message to him; "Today's the day she'll give you your gift . . . You'll finally prove to her that you're ready." When he awoke he knew today would be different. What he didn't know was that after this horrifying day, his life and the lives of his loved ones would be forever changed, and an unthinkable chain of events would soon take place; Events that will challenge their abilities, warp their realities, and threaten everything they hold sacred.

A:LMFAO XD OMGEE!! probably one of the most frequently asked questions about my story! i'll put it this way:

.........yes. LMFAO okay, okay, calm doooown!! LOL love is love in my eyes, so there is heterosexual love and homosexual love in my story. i'm not saying it's a sexy man-on-man free for all like...the way yaoi usually is it's love. that's it

A:a LOT of planning still has to be done, but I'll come running to share the info with you guys as soon as everything is made official ^///^

A:i've been asked this LITERALLY everyday XDD LOL and it's been so incredibly for me to know that you guys really want to read it!! OMGEE!! THANK YOU!! and as for it's release date, it's unofficial right now, but i'm hoping that if God permits, it'll be available sometime this summer please keep an eye out for updates!

A: yet ANOTHER question i've been asked daily right now i can't say honestly how many volumes there will be. i've written the entire story out in novel form and am in the process of turining it into scripts. so far i've completed the scripts for volumes 1-5

Q:How did you get published?/How do i get my work seen by publishers?

A:because i am self published so the road to publishing your work/having it considered for publication through an established company is not the same. However, if you'd like more info on submitting your work to be considered for publication, feel free to contact the publisher directly self publishing takes a ton of research, perseverance and passion for what you do i spent 2 years gathering all the info needed to have my book/artwork etc. printed, copywritten and trademarked but it was all worth it both self publishing and traditional publishing have their pros and cons so i highly recommend that if you're thinking about publishing your work DO YOUR RESEARCH!! depending on what you want out of your career as an author/mangaka one will suit you better than the other

Q:How do i prepare my work/writing so it can be reviewed by a publisher?

A:each publisher may not ask for the same things but each one wants you to show off your story with a synopsis, sample chapter, artwork (if it's a comic/manga publisher) and so on. don't be afraid to contact publishers directly they're more than happy to help you! also, there are usually submission guidelines on the publishers websites. ALSO please be sure to read the agreements and contracts before submitting your work!!

Q:Do i have to pay money to self publish?

A:yes. yes you do XD LOL when you're under a publishers wing they will pay for all of the expenses (copyrighting, trademarking, printing, advertising etc.), however, much of the time you no longer own the rights to your story when published traditionally. something to consider.

A:I'm asked this a lot! LOL i'm Puerto Rican and Dominican

Q:Did you attend an art school? / Did you learn to draw there?

A:I actually graduated from the High school of Art and Design, though i didn't learn to draw there. You actually have to audition to get in. What that school did was allow us to experiment and grow and really see what we wanted to do with our life and talent. it became a "filter" and who ever wasn't serious about their art eventually left the school.

Q:What artists inspire you?
