hello everyone.

well, i haven't been on as much lately for a few reasons.

my grandfather's in the hospital for the 5th or sixth time now ( not including when he was in D.R. and was hopitalised ) i don't know if any of you remember me telling you about his condition but yes, he's been getting better and then getting worse. it's the liver. he's too old to get operated so... we're just praying for him and keeping him smiling as much as we can.

i never had a grandpa growing up. my other grandfather passed away before i was born. he died from liver failure (he drank too much ) and so it frightens me becasue now my existing grandfather has a liver that has completely failed him, not from drinking, but from eatting food that was greasy. i didn't know this was possible.

i love him ragardless of wheither or not i grew up with him. when he sees me the happiness thats on his face... he's even cried when he saw me his other grandkids don't visit him ( niether do some of his children. but i understand why...) regardless, i want to see him and be there for him.

i don't ever want to drink. i've decided this when i was younger, and now, i want to change the way i eat. i eat healthy and exercise, but now i want to go even further with it, and now my parents are following me in this new change. im on a cleanse right now to clean out all the toxins that unhealthy/canned food puts in your body ( you can't eat at ALL for 10+ days on this cleanse ) im on day 7 so far, but i wanna do the cleanse for 20 days i feel it working, and after the cleanse is over, im making sure i have more organic foods in the house, and try to stay away from preservatives. thats what got my grandpa ill, and it's horrible that we had to learn this leason through him.

he's doing much better today he's able to speak with more strength behind his voice please. stay close to those you love and don't wait till they're sick or something to spend time with them. don't hold grudges, love each other and learn to appologise and accept appologise. treat each other well and treat yourself well. you just never know what tomorrow has in store, so please cherish what you have and who you have
